About Mrs. Stephanie Golightly

I grew up in a Christian home in St. Paul, MN. When I was 5, I realized that I was a sinner and there was no way for me to get to heaven on my own. I then asked my dad how to be saved, and accepted Christ as my Savior. I was homeschooled through 4th grade and started going to a Christian school when my mom began teaching there. It was at this school where I met my future husband. However, this relationship wouldn’t happen for a while.

After graduating from high school, I went to Maranatha Baptist University, previously Bible college, in WI for a degree in elementary and early childhood education. Upon graduating with my undergraduate degree, I went on to get my master’s in education from the same university. When my time at Maranatha was done, I got a job teaching kindergarten and first grades at Victory Christian Academy in Rochester, MN. I taught there until the school had to close this past year.

It was during my years at Victory that I reconnected with my friend Michael who is now my husband. 🙂 We were married in June of 2021. We are both looking forward to this opportunity God has given us to get involved in the ministry at Fourth.
